But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one. I also appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and continuous attention to the Customers' needs. I'll come back for sure in my next trip! Breakfast good and huge. Gym and sauna small and not so attractive.”

“Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. ”
