Villa Bonavita with jacuzzi

The beautiful villa Bonavita represents everything you have been dreaming of for a long time! Located in Sukošan, near the city of Zadar, this villa will provide you with a beautiful and pleasant vacation with family and friends. The villa was built in 2023 and offers 165 m2 of living space. It is 500 meters from the beach, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms located on the upper floor, each with a double bed. There are also 4 bathrooms with showers and 1 separate toilet. If necessary, you can use a baby cot on request.

As an additional feature, there is a washing machine and iron.

On the ground floor there is: a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. With prior arrangement, you can also use a high chair. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table, and there is a spacious living room. It is an ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with TV and your favorite movies.

A romantic jacuzzi located on the outdoor terrace where you can also use the outdoor seating will provide you with special luxury. Here you will enjoy your morning coffee and reading your favorite book. Children have enough space to play and have fun thanks to the beautifully landscaped garden.

You will spend most of your time in the outdoor summer kitchen. Here you will enjoy evening gatherings with your favorite dishes and wines that will delight every palate!

The villa is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

Nearby you will find a supermarket, various restaurants and cafes, where you will have the opportunity to try delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes.
