Die A beautiful, spacious 80 m² vacation apartment for 4–6 people is located in the well-known resort town of Sukošan. The Fiona apartment is on the first floor and was completely renovated in 2024. It features a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), and a living room with a sleeper sofa. The spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing.
The fenced-in garden includes a large barbecue pavilion with a seating area.
A ping-pong table and darts are available for your use.
You’re welcome to use the bicycles and washing machine, which are provided free of charge. Parking is available on the fenced-in property.

The beautiful beach is easily accessible from the house.
In Sukošan, you’ll find restaurants, bars, and all the shops you need for daily necessities within walking distance.

On the first floor, there’s another Maxima vacation rental, also for 4–6 people.
Nothing stands in the way of a shared vacation with friends or family, with plenty of space to retreat. Just ask us for more information.
