“Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. “The main reason we booked here was because of the pool amenities to find out upon check-in that it was unavailable. No notification prior to check-in about this as it was a planned maintenance. No soundproofing either as we could hear people running up and down the halls late at night”

“as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building.
room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt...
