“We loved our time at Tuk Tuk Timbal Bungalows. We stayed in one of their traditional rooms, which we really enjoyed. Great menu available for all meals. Staff was super accommodating with transportation to and from Samosir. The passenger ferry will pick-up/drop-off directly at the property, so contact TukTuk ahead of time to make arrangements!”

“This guesthouse is very nice. All the staff are kind and have a service spirit. The women at the reception will respond immediately to this request. Also, coffee and tea are always prepared in the living room. We really relaxed here. If you plan to stay long in Medan, I think that it is good to choose here！”

“This hotel is not as new as the pictures portray, it is old and not maintained thoroughly. The staff service is not efficient and very slow service for regular services like check-in. They better say that there is no breakfast offered here.”
