“I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room online that it didn't come with a private bathroom. I then upgraded ar a huge price difference to a room that was designed for a person less than 5' tall. I had to stoop so low to enter and even to walk around in the room. “Air conditioning not satisfactory, room not serviced and had to ask for servicing. Staff are very nice. The pool is dirty and needs upgrading as does the entire hotel, very run down. I’m sure it was classy when first built but those days are in the distant past. Central location. Television not working properly. No SMART TV. Bidet broken and non existent, toilet seat broken.”
