“Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter.”

“This was an excellent hotel. The service was top notch and the employees all made you feel special. The rooms were very clean and staff was extremely friendly. “Questo hotel ci è piaciuto moltissimo, in stile tradizionale, con onsen in cui rilassarsi dopo lunghe giornate in giro per Tokyo, a due passi dal Sensoji e immerso nel bellissimo quartiere di Asakusa. "My main complaint is that the heating in the rooms is very low (travelled in january), and it's clearly stated that the staff can't do anything about that. I would add that the mini fridge tends to freeze stuff even at the lowest setting.
