“The main problem was that the sheets on the bed had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the bedding was obviously dirty, stains from dirt and possibly make-up on the comforter and sheets. We pulled the blankets back and there were curly black hairs all over the bed. I told the lady at the desk and she personally came down and replaced the bedding. So her quick response was appreciated. She said she would give us an email to send pictures to but we never got the email. Hotel is dated. They...

“I waited about 20 minutes to check because there was no one at the front desk & once i was able to check in, then the room was already booked. It was quite a surprise when i walked in on a couple and then it was another 20 minute ordeal to get another and of course then key cards didn't work & it was a third to the fronnt”
