“Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. “Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to State st. Super clean, easy check-in and a comfortable bed. The room is very small but it had everything that we needed.”

“Parking is in front of garage and you have to back out into a somewhat busy street, doable but I had a truck... Cute bathroom, roomy shower but tiny toilet right behind the door. Nice and airy room, no TV? Roomy closet had a crib if you have small ones, a nice touch. Bed is a comfy queen, I am a restless sleeper and had a hard time with the memory foam mattress-once you sink in it's tough to turn over. Convenient location, nice private patio.”
