“This VRBO was beautifully situated on a hill with valley and an ocean view, The room was clean, the host lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! We were met by Sena who oriented us to the property, then later by Mindy, the host. It was VERY quiet and private. You couldn’t walk into town but it was a short 5-10 minute drive into Santa Barbara. “An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. One thing to be aware is there is no AC (as per listing), so the place got a bit warm as the weather was unusually hot for this area. This did not bother us, and we really enjoyed our stay. “Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”
