This single-level Summerland retreat offers easy, step-free entry and a comfortable layout perfect for a peaceful coastal stay. Walk straight into the kitchen, equipped for home-cooked meals, then flow into a spacious living and dining area ideal for gathering, lounging, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Both queen bedrooms sit toward the front of the home, along with a clean, full bathroom and central heating for added comfort.
The home carries a bit of vintage charm—slightly dated, but warm, inviting, and full of character. Pets are welcome, making it a great choice for travelers bringing furry family along. Outside, enjoy two spaces to relax: a large ocean-view deck in the back for sunsets, lounging, and reading, plus a front patio perfect for barbecuing and enjoying the coastal breeze. This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked there were lots of pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a slow cooker. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom and beach towels were provided also. There are no stairs going into this unit. You need to step over the bathtub to get into the shower, but their were grab bars. There seems to be another unit down stairs - down the hillside- but we never saw or heard anyone. The houses are somewhat close together, but the neighborhood was quiet the week we were there. Summerland is a small, cute, upscale town. We had a great brunch at the Beach Cafe down the road. Summerland Beach is quite rocky, go up or down the coast. We were quite comfortable here and would reccomend staying here.

Million Dollar View

I still can't get over the view from the living room. We sat out on the balcony every morning and enjoyed our breakfast before exploring the town. Aidan was very helpful and responsive. We didn't have any issues.
