Si tratta di un elegante palazzo multimilionario di quattro camere recentemente ristrutturato. La casa dispone di una spiaggia privata situata nel cuore di Summerland Key. È la chiave perfetta per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Summerland Key è un'isola nella Florida Keys inferiore a circa 20 miglia a est di Key West. L'isola ha un aeroporto privato situato a 3 isolati dalla casa. L'aeroporto può essere utilizzato dagli ospiti della casa. Summerland è il luogo perfetto per la pesca, l'escursionismo, la nautica, il kayak e il ciclismo. Puoi rilassarti sulla tua amaca privata o goderti lo splendido paesaggio tropicale e le fresche brezze sulla veranda. Piani di lavoro moderni in granito con un set completo di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è dotata di forno a microonde (senza forno singolo), macchina per il caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con porta-finestra. Tavolo da pranzo con sedie (tavolo da pranzo pieghevole aggiuntivo disponibile con 8 sedie) con vista mozzafiato sull'Oceano Atlantico.

Forniamo agli ospiti un kit di base per l'igiene personale molto semplice.

CAMERE E BAGNI
Questa casa a due piani può ospitare fino a 12 persone in quattro camere da letto.
La prima camera da letto principale al primo piano è arredata con un letto king-size. Puoi goderti il risveglio con la vista sull'oceano dalla tua camera. Ha un bagno privato con cabina doccia.
L'altra camera da letto al primo piano è arredata con un letto a castello (la cuccetta superiore è una doppia extra-large e la cuccetta inferiore è piena extra-large). C'è anche un letto singolo nella stanza. Questa camera può ospitare quattro persone. Proprio fuori dalla porta si trova il bagno con vasca e doccia.
Al secondo piano, l'elegante seconda camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king-size e una TV curva da 56 ". Questa camera da letto ha un bagno interno con cabina doccia.
C'è un'altra camera da letto al secondo piano. L'ingresso è attraverso la camera da letto principale. La quarta camera da letto ha un letto a castello (la cuccetta superiore è una doppia extra-large e la cuccetta inferiore è full-large extra) e la camera da letto completa. Questa stanza ha una splendida illuminazione naturale e viste panoramiche mozzafiato sull'oceano.
ZONA ESTERNA
 Mansion ha una piscina riscaldata con una vista pittoresca sull'oceano (La piscina è mantenuta in modo professionale e viene revisionata una volta alla settimana. Viviamo in un rifugio nazionale della fauna selvatica. La fauna selvatica, in particolare gli uccelli, ha una propria mente e talvolta il vento soffia detriti nella piscina. Potrebbe essere necessario scorrere il pool tra i servizi. La piscina ha un robot aspirapolvere che funziona 24/7 e lo skimmer è fornito. Consigliamo vivamente di non dare da mangiare agli uccelli e alla fauna selvatica.). La capanna tiki è l'ambiente perfetto per romantiche cene all'aperto. La casa comprende un tavolo da biliardo con stecche da biliardo nel posto auto coperto. Di sera, l'intero cortile è illuminato da luci stellari. Puoi fare una passeggiata serena nell'ampio cortile.
La griglia esterna viene fornita con 2 serbatoi di propano. LA RICARICA NON È FORNITA. Molte attività commerciali nell'area forniscono scambi o ricariche.

My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so inviting and the view was spectacular. I would strongly suggest that some work be done in the kitchen. Frying pans were warped, counter oven had a sprung door, toaster only worked on one side. Also, the bunk beds needed tightening. They were a little scary. Yes, I would go back again.

The house is special, it transmits a lot of peace next to that spectacular dock where the fishing is fabulous, everything is very clean and well equipped with cauldrons etc.I will be back 100%

House is not a four bedroom, the pool is not fabulous or perfectly heated (no heater), the pool table is so old and warped and the slab has two big bumps so the balls jump not playableNo oven so we could not make the food we had and the air fryer doors did not close without a tie wrap on them. Not enough hot water for two people to take a shower. The so called fourth bedroom is the sun pouch off the master upstairs, so you have to go thru someone bedroom to go down stairs. What about the office space did not see it? The list had hot tub? did take if off after I asked about it. This was my first time using Vrbo not sure if will do it again thank you sherry

Our family of 10 stayed here the week of Christmas 2024 and the entire process went smoothly with excellent communication with the host prior to our stay. The property was immaculately maintained, plenty of room for all and we enjoyed every minute.The bedroom layout isn’t what many would expect. It was disclosed, but somehow I missed it. The entire second floor is accessible by winding staircase, but is more like a loft (no noise protection from the first floor) and the “fourth bedroom” is really a connected sun room with glass door off the loft bedroom. To access it or use the second floor bathroom, you have to walk past the people sleeping in the primary room. Thankfully our adult daughter slept in that room, but it would be awkward if not REALLY close with the people sharing the second floor.Additionally, check in is 5pm and check out is 9am sharp…it’s posted as before 9am in the rental. We were very lucky to be able to check in at 3pm (I asked the hostess prior if there was any wiggle room. Luckily the cleaning company had finished early) And lastly, there is no full sized oven. Most people going on vacation would not really care, but I had planned an extensive Christmas menu. There is a mid-size countertop oven, but it could not fit the ham or be able to bake multiple pies. With some last minute changes and a quick run to the grocery store, Christmas dinner was a success.

The house itself is pretty much as advertised. We selected it for the two master bedrooms. However, as others have noted, the second floor master bedroom is not very private. As we were all family it worked for us. We had a few maintenance issues, but the property manager was very prompt to take care of them. Overall, the host was very nice. For us, the biggest negative was the distance from Key West. It was advertised to be 20 minutes. Rechecking on Google Maps shows that it is 30 minutes from the edge of Key West island and about 40 minutes from most Key West tourist attractions. If you just want to hang around Summerland Key and enjoy the house and pool, this is a great choice.

Our trip was supposed to be a boys fishing trip but that was derailed by the hurricane. We were not able to reschedule the trip so my wife and I decided to come down for a private retreat. The house is much more than two people need but we had a great time. The morning views are spectacular. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a full size oven for those who like to cook at the house.

The pictures of this home do not show an accurate showing. 1. This house doesn’t have a beach 2. This is really a 3 bedroom with a sitting room in one bedroom with beds in it. 3. There are a couple of doors that are delaminating and the door knob falls off the master bedroom when using it 4. The shower handle falls off when turning the water on. 5. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up and ran 24/7 6. I could go on and on there is one positive note the property manger was very nice.

We stayed here with another family, so we had a total of 13 people. The view is beautiful. The pool and tiki hut and pool table are was awesome for our family to hang out. It doesn’t have any shade right by the pool but the tiki hut and pool table area were shaded. The second king bedroom is upstairs after walking up spiral staircase. There is no private door- it’s kind of like a loft. And then there’s a bunk room that is off of the king bedroom upstairs so if you want privacy, good luck. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are private. Overall, we loved the house, but it was a lot of money to just have some things not be quite right.

The house is in a great location just far enough off US 1 to be quiet with a terrific view, but easy for local trips or runs down to key west. The bedrooms and baths make it comfortable for a family or a larger group and the patio outside is fantastic.

This house is definitely in need of some updating. The kitchen cabinets are old and worn. The exterior of the house also needs some repairs. Honestly I could overlook if I’d paid half the amount. The price seems extremely high for this property. The beds were comfortable but nothing else was. The couches were terribly hard and rigid. The patio furniture was also uncomfortable. The table under the tiki hut was almost ready to fall apart. The dock is definitely unusable. No handrails and barely reaches the edge of the water. Disappointed we couldn’t use it for fishing. I couldn’t smell chlorine in the pool but we did take time to skim and clean it. Dipped our toes in but no hand rails or depth marking if you have kids. The bathrooms were fairly nice. The floors are white marble tile and seem dingy with age. I’m not saying it wasn’t clean, it was. It just wasn’t the luxury I expected for this price. Also you are near a bridge on Route 1 so there is road noise. I just wanted to leave an honest and candid review for future renters.

We rented this home for an adults only trip to the Keys. It was a mix of related and not related couples, but we had a blast and everyone had space. The second room only having access through the master worked for us since we had related people on the trip, but it was a minor inconvenience and we knew about it when we booked. If you had young kids with you, it would probably be a great fit. We brought bikes and had fun exploring Summerland. The tiki bar (Tonio's) is walking distance and a great little hangout. There are lots of other places 5-10 min drive. Key West is about 30 mins and Ubers are expensive, so just plan on that if you're going to party there. Owner was supportive and great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again for adults only or with kids.
