Tropical paradise on open water 35 ft seawall in beautiful Venture Out Community

Ocean Front 35’ Seawall – Spectacular views from this 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ocean front stilt home! This home features a 35’ concrete seawall with easy access to the Gulf & Ocean! Gorgeous Open Water Ocean views from living room, kitchen, dining area, covered porch and dock! Dock amenities include dock posts, cleats and whips. Covered porch with comfortable lounging furniture overlooking a beautiful water view. Interior features tile flooring throughout, TV in living room and master bedroom, full line of appliances, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central A/C. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a private bathroom, a Queen size bed in the Guest bedroom and bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, a small frig and freezer and covered parking for one car, one golf cart, and one motorcycle. Boat trailers are NOT permitted to be parked at the house. Additional amenities include free in-home WIFI, basic cable, and gas grill.
**Please Note: Venture Out Charges a Resort Fee of $125.00, this is paid at the time of your arrival, at check in.
** ADDITIONAL PARKING (OVERFLOW PARKING) IS AVAILABLE FOR VEHICLES AND TRAILERS BUT LIMITED - EXTRA PARKING SPOTS ARE *NOT* GUARANTEED BY VENTURE OUT AND ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
VENTURE OUT IS ONLY ALLOWING 1 additional vehicle OR boat trailer per home
If Overflow Parking is needed inquire at the gate upon arrival. The cost is $5.00 under 20ft. or $10.00 for 20ft. or over per night. Daily guest passes are available at the guard gate.

Cudjoe paradise

Property has an amazing view of the ocean. I appreciated the stocked kitchen with lots of serving bowls, garlic press, and hand juicer. Plenty of living area for guests. Spent most of my mornings at the outdoor table which was very comfortable. Great freezer for bait downstairs and appreciated the room for tackle and gear. Host was very communicative when we had an issue with the microwave. Would have preferred a king size bed, but it was ok for the week in exchange for the view. I would recommend host getting a countertop ice machine for drinks as the refrigerator has a super small ice bin and it just couldn't keep up even with dumping it in the larger bin below. A/C stopped working while we were there; however, the host took care of it right away. One night of hot sleep, but cool after that. Home is a perfect getaway and location is great. You are on deep water and have access to gulf as well as ocean. Only negative thing I can say is that the Security girl is rude at the gate upon checkin; but once past that you can actually brush it off and enjoy your stay. Surprise extra $150 to store boat trailer off site which was not expected, but this had nothing to do with host, but Venture Out itself. Didn't appreciate having to try to locate a storage facility upon arrival for the trailer. Venture Out needs to do a better job with that and notify folks in advance if they don't have capacity.

The apartment is a pure dream. Every morning a direct view on the ocean with great weather. The communication with Dawn was always fast. All-in-all: 5 stars

Great for boaters

Beautiful view looking out at the Atlantic Ocean. Gated community, community pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Cudjoe Key is perfectly situated, as well. But the house itself is small, very dated furnishings, and frankly at $350/night, very expensive.

Nice house with a great view.

The house is very nice and well equipped. The view is very nice and the sun rises are second to none. Boat dockage is directly in front of the house.

Million dollar view

Wonderful property and a view to get lost in! Very kind neighbors, large pool and protected ocean swim area. Home is clean and has everything you need. Property owners are 5+ stars. Definately will visit here again.

Beautiful Keys Waterfront Property!!!

The home was VERY clean!!! The location on Cudjoe Key was incredible! Open water views and we were able to use our kayaks to ride around a couple close islands! We had a 35Ft boat parked on the seawall and it was a perfect fit. The community has a marina, ramp and other amenities. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
