The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had rooms that joined, even though we booked them on separate platforms and made this request at check in. Beds were super comfy and the room lay out is great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. For such a nice bathroom, I was expecting more pressure. ”

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“The room was spacious and well-lit. However, the toilet was not functioning properly, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly. The bedsheets also lacked that clean, freshly laundered scent, so I wasn’t fully confident they had been changed. Housekeeping is not automatically provided unless requested. “Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays.”
