“Initially gave us a smoking room, had an opened condom packet, with broken fake nails in the drawer, and blood stains on the bed and pillows. My husband contacted the staff manager to come look at the room personally and they gave us another room that was non smoking instead, since I’m pregnant and we don’t smoke at all. “The room was clean to the eye and the staff was friendly BUT we saw one large bed bug.”
