“I would highly recommend this host and location if you are considering a trip to Charleston. The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. Demetrius was very responsive and even worked with us on our departure time due to late flights. Easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a vacation rental.”

“The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. ”

“We had 2 couples that stayed in this property for an extended weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The communication with the property manager was flawless and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was great -- a short walk from King St. My wife and I are runners, so we had a great location to run around the entire peninsula. Just love the architecture and history of Charleston. A 5-star vacation in every way. ”

“You can stay in a sterile, fancy hotel in most any city in the world. But when you are visiting a charming, historic city like Charleston, you need to take a bit of that charm and history back to the room with you. From the large Southern porch to the heartwood pine floors, this place filled the bill.”

“The property was exactly as described and convenient for walking. The property owner was very responsive. The only downside is that the guests downstairs were very disrespectful knowing that other guests were staying in the same location. If you have children I do not recommend this location with the bar right on the corner as it can be very loud.”
