“I was supposed to check in July 10th, but I had some issues arise and I went to the property and the service attendant said I can cancel my reservation and I would not be charged. She said that a hold of $190 would be held against my account, but then it will be released. The amount cleared my account and I had conversation with the manager and she said it was nothing she can do even though her service attendance said I would not be charged. “Staff was at attentive and helpful. Cory at the front desk recommended some nice places to see and eat at. Hotel was very clean. Pool is on the small size but the lounge area is nice and big”

“I Dusliked that the Air Conditioner was not working properly, rooms felt moist due to heat. Microwave was filthy and needed to be upgraded. Mold was seen in bathroom.”

“Microwave had no glass in it. Unusable, regrade didn’t work. Toilet wasn’t cleaned. Shower head is falling off the wall. Tv remote didn’t work. Went to check in and nobody in the lobby. Had to wait outside in 100 degree heat for 15 minutes for someone to show up. They lock lobby door when no one is in there. Don’t blame them.”
