“Staff very rude ”

“Everything worked out as planned. Room was nice, bed comfortable, lost a little $ at the casino but it’s to be expected ”

“We found the room to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the small kitchenette. All in all a pleasant stay.”

“Rooms are in poor condition, bathtub want drain while in use. Some of the lights didn’t turn on. Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for water to get to a nice temperature. Old outdated furniture. Refrigerator freezing everything. Staff was nice, and breakfast get a 7. Check the bathtub in this room. I think it needs replacing. I paid over $400.00 dollars for this room was not worth my money. ““Breakfast” is just waffle, one bottle of milk and some cereal, The staff told me the rule is not to take the food out while I have 1 cup of coffee and one plate of waffle. As I had to bring that to my room to eat as it’s look not clean, doom in the dining area. ”

“My stay was wonderful. The royal tower suite was perfect on the 12th floor. Very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back. 9.8 out of 10. N only thing missing in the room was a microwave.”
