“Everything was really nice. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great both mornings. Spa and pool we basically had to ourselves for the most part and it was nice and clean. The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating...

“The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. ”
