“I should have gotten a clue when another couple was leaving when we arrived. This building is old and dirty. It was obvious that there were a lot of “band-aid” fixes. All the doors were dirty. Windows were dirty, pool was not usable and neither was the jacuzzi. There wasn’t an elevator so we had to climb stairs that were dirty. None of the ice makers worked. “The condition of room was terrible bed mattress was horrible probably has never been updated since the hotel was built door lock felt unsafe it so outdated bed sheet pillows were not comfortable at all I booked a room with no adjacent door to a next room and was put in a room that had an adjacent door to another room staff would not change me to another room my two day stay I felt uncomfortable the whole time”

“So, I really only stayed here because someone gave me a Marriott gift card and it had quite a bit on it that would be good for a few nights or more. I’ve used it once before and had trouble using it then and this time they did as well and were not helpful or considerate. They still ended up charging my card and said it was too late to fix. “Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper.”

“We like staying here, convenient to Orem and Provo. We are older but they put us in a handicap room which we didn't need and did not request. An emergency light went off in the middle of the night. The shower was different and not real practical for us. the cleaning staff did a very good job. Overall the stay was very good, just did not appreciate the being put in a special room we did not want nor need.”

“The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. “My card was charged before i arrived, that should have been a red flag but i preceded with the reservation anyway. The room was the worst motel experience i have ever had, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was half a roll of toilet paper that had something disgusting on it and the holder was ripped off the wall so it was just sitting on the toilet.
