“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again.”

I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. The beds were comfortable, and the room provided plenty of space for luggage and moving around without feeling cramped. “This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap.
