“This property was very poorly advertised. The rooms were horribly small. They "appeared" clean due to a fresh paint job but it was fresh paint over old problems and it was obvious. This was supposed to be a pay when you arrive property, however they charged our credit card 6 weeks or more in advance. “The floor through the hotel looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The lobby also had a sewer like smell all days we were there. We also found cockroaches in our room, so we checked out early and ended up moving to a different hotel for the duration of the trip.”

Didn’t clean our rooms correctly and the where no protocol for kids during a softball tournament nearby, running up & down hallways late nights and staff did nothing. Very below Hyatt place standards. *Pictures are how housekeeping supposedly cleaned our rooms.”

“The room itself on the inside was clean thankfully and somewhat updated. The outside looked very old. The continental breakfast was nothing more than packaged items. As to amenities, there really were none other than a pop machine outback alongside an ice machine. Our room key had to be replaced multiple times due to it not working correctly.”
