“Such a pleasant home and property—we as a family spent entire evenings outside, eating at the dining table, swimming in the pool, and just reading. We used three bedrooms and all the beds were comfortable—a big plus! Can’t say enough good things about it, but will add that Julie (proprietor) was attentive and helpful when we left something there accidentally. 💕”

“Would say that once we were there the communication was excellent but before was not as good. Had to order a port-a-potty last minute on a weekend and holiday that cost a fortune because of miscommunication about the number of people visiting the home and the septic not being able to handle the group. A bit of micromanaging once on site but it was nice to have them available on site if there was an issue.”

“This property is immaculate and was a great place to stay. We had 10 adults and it was extremely comfortable. With the way the rooms are spread out it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. At times pictures on VRBO tell a different story than what you see upon arrival. That was not the case with the Litchfield Villa. it's everything you see and more!!”

“This house is sparkling fresh and clean having been newly renovated. The appliances are new and bathrooms are accessible, having a seat in each shower and no thresholds. The patio and enclosed backyard are lovely. The location is great, for access to The Grand community amenities which are many (pool, golf, pickleball, gym, exercise classes etc.). It was close to Biltmore for dinner and easy access to the airport for us to catch our flight. The great room layout is beautiful just as pictured.
