The Space:

THE SPACE



The open-concept living area is airy and well-lit, with enough room for 10 guests to move comfortably without feeling crowded. A TV anchors the main gathering space for movie nights or game-day watching, and board games are stocked for when screens take a back seat. The single-level layout is a genuine advantage — no stairs, no noise traveling between floors, and easy access for toddlers, infants, and older guests alike.



All four bedrooms are set up with fresh bed linens and enough separation to give couples and families their own quiet corners. The two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer — the kind of warm, practical touches that make unpacking feel effortless. A bathtub in the bathroom makes this a genuinely comfortable choice for families traveling with young children.



THE KITCHEN



The kitchen is built for real meals, not just coffee and takeout. You have a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes, and silverware already in place. The coffee maker is ready for early mornings, and the dining table seats your group together for a proper sit-down meal.



When the weather is right — and in Surprise, it usually is — the patio is steps away for eating outside. An in-unit washer and dryer rounds out the practical side: pack light, stay longer.



OUTDOOR SPACE

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property.



You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age.



By booking this Reservation, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are (i) at least 25 years old; and (ii) fully able and competent to enter into this Agreement; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from any of our Properties; and (c) your Reservation and your use of the Property is and will be in compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.



In addition to the Payment, some properties may require additional refundable security deposit against Property damages in the amount shown in your Reservation Agreement (the "Security Deposit"), due at the time of booking the Reservation.



No Boats, RV's, etc.



No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property.



Unless expressly allowed by your Reservation Agreement, smoking is not permitted at the Property.



Guest Access:

Check-in is through a private entrance. All guests must sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. The garage accommodates your vehicle and includes an EV charger — a detail that's harder to find than it should be in this market.



High-speed wireless internet covers the home throughout. Both air conditioning and heating are available, and the indoor fireplace is a welcome option on crisp desert evenings.



Check-in is seamless with a private entrance, allowing you to start your getaway on your terms. Complimentary parking is available, ensuring trouble-free comings and goings.



From the EV charger in the garage to high-speed WiFi throughout, everything caters to your convenience and enjoyment.



All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.



Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, Desert Oasis is just minutes from everything you want to explore in Surprise: Spring Training facilities for baseball fans, Golf courses, parks and hiking trails, local dining, shopping and entertainment, easy access to Peoria, Glendale, and Phoenix. Whether you're visiting for baseball, golf, family time, or pure relaxation, Desert Oasis puts you right where you want to be.

Mold. Mold can grow when moisture is present. Guest acknowledges and agrees to undertake reasonable steps to eliminate moisture within the Property that may lead to growth of mold.



Such steps include, but are not limited to, keeping the premises clean, using exhaust fans when bathing/showering, wiping down any moisture and/or spillage, and regularly inspecting for leaks or water accumulation on the Property. Guest further agrees to notify Company immediately, orally and in writing, of any sign of water leak, excessive or persistent moisture or any condensation sources in the Property or any stains, discolorations, or other indications of mold growth, including a musty odor in the Property. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Company will not be responsible for damages or losses due to mold growth to the extent such conditions have resulted from the acts or omissions of the Guest or if Guest has failed to immediately notify Company of any such conditions described above.

Surprise sits approximately 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix and about 20 minutes from White Tank Mountain Regional Park — close enough to everything, quiet enough to actually rest. The area draws spring training baseball fans, golfers, and families in equal measure: multiple MLB spring training facilities are nearby, alongside golf courses, parks, and a full range of dining and shopping across Surprise, Peoria, and Glendale. Whether you're here for a specific event or using this as a comfortable Arizona base, the location works in your favor.
