“The biggest downside is that it sits about 5 feet off of the freeway, so regardless of room location you’re going to hear the freeway noise all night long. (But I think that’s the exact same as every other hotel in the area.) I played a white noise track on my phone and that made it bearable. Breakfast was ok— they’re trying to be fancy with two “high-tech” digital touchscreen coffee machines and that was causing long-a$$ line— but you also have a coffeemaker in your room. ”

“Overall, the experience was quite average, which would be perfectly acceptable given the price point. However, a few issues were simply not up to standard. For instance, there was a large hole in the bedsheets. The room was not adequately stocked with basic essentials. The only tissue box provided was in the bathroom and contained just 3 tissues. When I asked housekeeping for more, I was told that only the front desk could provide them. There were also no napkins or paper towels available to use...

“Clean room lots of space in the kitchen and cabinets but TV would stop working air-conditioning wouldn’t be able to be adjusted no warm water for the shower and coffee maker wasn’t working overall three or four out of 10 I would not recommend”

“DO NOT SRAY JERE I had to switch rooms twice because the rooms were filthy stained sheets sticky floor it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS The staff were horribly rude the owner wouldn't even apologized just told me to leave ”

“The room was well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the hotel is next to the freeway AND train tracks, making it very loud all night long. ”

“Hello. The service at reception is very bad because they tell you that you have to give a $20 cash deposit. The problem is that when you hand over the key and the remote, nobody is at reception, you ring the bell and nobody comes. They keep that $20 deposit as a tip, that's why they ask for it in cash.”

“Nastiest place! Room was being remodeled and was soo disgusting. Refused to give us new room. Rooms next door under construction ALL NIGHT hammering in the walls. Owner creeping outside our room all night as well. Very unprofessional and rude. Have video of them treating me like garbage for asking why the TV was broken. So unsafe I was unable to stay the second night. Do NOT bring your family here!!!!!! Pictures on web lie!!!!!”
