Looking for a hassle-free get-away? Our luxurious Sun Peaks Penthouse puts you on the slopes with true ski-in/ski out access. Wake up to 360 degree mountain views, and enjoy a morning cup of java from our tea and coffee station. Start or end your day with a soak in the Jacuzzi Hot Tub, which is located on your own private deck. The living room and kitchen is furnished with premium Natuzzi Furniture Collection, a cozy gas fireplace, a pool table and a 72 inch TV. Enjoy a family movie or watch the game with surround sound!

Each bedroom has premium mattresses, 2 pillows per person and premium duvets. This space is brand new to the market as of December 2025. It is clean, bright & exciting!

Located at the bottom of the Burfield Chairlift, the is ski-in/ski-out access is from the Burfield runs as well as from the Morrisey Chairlift (Back In Time).

Please note that the Penthouse is located at the base of the Burfield Chairlift which is not directly in the Sun Peaks Village. It is a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20 minute walk to the village center.

For those who prefer not to drive or ski in, a convenient ski shuttle stop is located just steps from the Penthouse - you can see it from your window.

The shuttle runs every 40 minutes during the winter season from 8:00am until 9:15pm, making access to the village simple and stress-free.

Our favorite way to reach the village is by walking out the front door, hopping on the Burfield chairlift and skiing down to the heart of Sun Peaks.

To get home, you can ski back to the Burfield chairlift Base, or take the Morrisey Chairlift and follow the "Back in Time" run, which leads you right to the back of the Penthouse- the ultimate ski-in-ski-out experience.
