This multi-level condo is a comfortable and relaxing base for your next mountain getaway. Ideally situated in the heart of Sun Valley resort, the condo is a short walk to the picturesque Sun Valley village shops, restaurants, and year-around outdoor ice rink; the Sun Valley Concert Pavilion; and Dollar Mountain skiing. During warmer months, enjoy a scenic walk or bike ride to Ketchum, just one mile away, or take advantage of the complimentary local bus service.



Getting to the ski slopes is straightforward. Dollar Mountain, which is great for beginners and families, within walking distance (approx. ¼ mile), and a nearby free local shuttle connects you to the advanced terrain on Bald Mountain.



This Dollar Meadows condo features 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 updated bathrooms. The main level offers a lovely, well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for the whole crew, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and TV for streaming your favorite shows. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. In the warmer months the deck is a favorite place to enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee and a tasty pastry from the Konditori.



New windows throughout help keep the condo warm and cozy, while remote-controlled shades let you easily bring in the natural light and beautiful surroundings. The 2nd floor has the primary bedroom (king bed) with an attached bath and a second bedroom (two twin beds) and bathroom. The 3rd floor loft has a queen bed and twin bed plus a small deck looking out to the lovely paths and ponds.



Sleeping Arrangement: **Please note the unique layout. The third-floor loft is accessed via a carpeted staircase in the second bedroom. Because these spaces are interconnected, you walk through the second bedroom to access the loft and there isn’t a door separating these two sleeping areas.



Resort Amenities: Guests have access to the heated Sun Valley Inn pool (open year-round) and the Olympic pool (open mid June until Labor Day), both a

short walk from the condo. Discounts on golf and tennis/pickleball. (Max 5 guests)

Parking: Free parking is available for one vehicle.

Sun Valley has a great free bus system to get you into downtown Ketchum or skiing on Bald Mountain (Warm Springs and River Run base areas).
