Boasting plenty of seating in the main living area, you'll be able to get everyone together for a fun night of board games, or a movie night with your favorite DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. Catch all the games with cable access or with the included WiFi. Grab a cold brew and step out on your private deck. The open-style galley kitchen comes fully stocked with all the amenities of home to make cooking a breeze. Let the dishwasher do the clean up while you get back to the conversation. The private washer/dryer will take care of any laundry needs you may have during your stay.

Sun Valley Trip

The condo was great. We comfortably fit our whole party and the location was amazing. The check-in and out process was simple and they were very responsive if we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place close to the resort

This is a beautiful, well equipped townhome close to the Sun Valley resort. The bedrooms are spacious and everything was very clean. Unfortunately we found a weird smell coming from the HVAC but the property managers were great and responded quickly. We will be staying here again!!

Place clean and close to skiing.

Property was clean and everything went smoothly. Price was very fair. Not a big fan of AI texting with property manager but that is the wave of the future. The living room is a little small but there is a bonus room off the kitchen. I would recommend this place for a small group or family looking to ski Bald mountain. I would stay there again.

We stayed here and skied Baldy mountain. The property was amazing as was the property management. Our coffee pot wasn’t working the first morning. We contacted the property manager and we had a brand new coffee pot waiting when we got off the mountain. Great place and great pricing.

The condo is very nice, great fixtures and well appointed. Kudos for having a few spices and cooking items in the pantry. The large patio is great for hanging out, the pics don;t do it justice. Overall 5 stars

Cozy town house

Very spacious town house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms all were a decent size and very nice. Massive TV with lots of channels and movie options. Area is beautiful! Only gave it 4 stars due to some minor, easy to fix issues. Slightly disappointed that the hot tub was not close at all to the house, so we did not end up using it due to the inconvenience.

clean and cozy

I love this charming condo. It was well decorated, clean with newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were generous, good quality and overall feel was cozy and welcoming. I appreciate having basics supplied like salt, pepper, sugar and coffee filters. Vacasa gave us an early checkin for free. We were able to come an hour before our appointed checkin time. This was very helpful since we had an event to prepare for that same evening.

Nice but short on basic amenities

Nice layout. Trash was full on arrival and dirty socks on dryer. Also, only 1/3 roll of paper towels in kitchen, and only one roll of TP per bathroom. Fireplace is gas not wood burning as stated in description but that’s ok- prefer gas anyway. Strange art. No Pool or hot tub on property- access to sun valley resort given by way of passes- nice but this was not clear in description.

Nice place BUT AWFUL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Unit was decent, but there were multiple issues with our stay that we TRIED multiple times with management company that were never addressed. NOT ONE. I have never left a negative review on a property, and considering our expectations to be reasonable. We were promised multiple times that there would be a response and follow up, and there was none. Plumbing issues, cleanliness of kitchen ware, and housekeeping did not take the trash before we checked in. The owner should be disappointed in the management company, of which WE PAID 50% 35% of the total rental cost. I am happy to discuss and have offered my time and contact info,, and never.a follow up.

Beautiful Home, loved location! Vacasa could do better.

We loved the place and would stay again! Clean, comfortable and beds were comfy. Vacasa could do better on checkin/checkout. No one to talk with locally. We had planned on skiing all day on the day we we're checking in, but It was rainy on the ski mountain that day. So we called to see if the place might be ready early since no one was staying there the night before (which staff confirmed), they said there was no way to request early access but they would text us if it became available early. We could see the place was ready but no one ever contacted us to say we could acesss before 4pm. Just poor from a customer service standpoint as they had the opportunity to make our stay 5 stars and didn't. We would have understood if we couldn't access because someone else was there right before us but the place was ready and it would have really helped us to get in early. No one locally to talk to to help make that happen. Also, late checkout was expensive, $70 for 4 hours. Side note: The coffee maker was not working on day one (would not brew). I have the same one at my house and know how it should work, but it didn't. Called customer service (same day) and they did bring us a new one. Which was great.
