  • At once both modern and cozy, this newly remodeled condo nestled in the hills near Elkhorn Village is perfect for a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or a bit of year-round adventure in beautiful Sun Valley. Here at the Bluff Condos, you'll enjoy access to the community's seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the mountains, as well as a sauna to relax you after a day spent on the slopes.

    As you enter this second-floor condo, you'll be greeted by an impeccably decorated living space with large windows and an open layout that bring in a wealth of alpine sunshine. The contemporary kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, a high-top table made from natural wood, and an open window that peeks into the adjacent bunk room. In the living room, you can curl up by the wood-burning fireplace, stream a movie on the Smart TV, or open the doors to the deck to let in the mountain breeze. Free high-speed WiFi is provided as well to help you plan your next skiing, hiking, or mountain biking excursion.

nice modern place for couple or small family

Great location, away from the busy town. Nice hiking trail (Prospect Loop Trail) less than a mile away. Will come back for sure!

We really enjoyed this condo. Only downside is the pool and jacuzzi was closed and we booked this location thinking we would have access.

Charming and elegant little place!

Very comfortable and cozy. Lovely furnishings and decor! The pool and sauna were very enjoyable. Trail head right nearby for a good hike.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s absolutely perfect for a family of 4. It had everything we needed and was well stocked. Beds were super comfortable! Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Great place BUT needs a blind in the living room. It doesn’t look like there ever was one. The whole sliding glass door was open to view - so anyone outside can see in. No directions to the the hot tub, but we did find the fob. The key pad is very difficult to work. Super long code. The place was a good size and great TV and very warm. Pretty close to everything. We had a good time.

Exactlys as advertised (maybe better)

I very much enjoyed staying in this well-appointed unit. It was not luxurious but everything I could have needed was there. My only minor pain point was the code for the door was unnecessarily long (1st world problems LOL). A lovely space that I would definitely revisit.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked.

Perfect space and well stocked for our family of four. Clean and comfortable modern beds, down comforters, furniture, and streaming TV. Close to Sun Valley village and Dollar Mountain. The condo complex's sauna and hot tub were nice winter-time amenities to have. Parking is adjacent to the building which is convenient to have the vehicle nearby.

Not the Grand Ma Second Home

We visit Sun Valley often with our kids. We have rented other condos that feel and smell old. So thankful that we found this clean and modern house. Always stocked with tea, coffee, hot cocoa and popcorn! Recently updated and comes with a key to sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommended 👍

We had to request firewood but it was delivered the following morning. I think the place needs a refresh. Ripped pillow on couch and scratches on tile near fireplace. Also almost no bath soap. Lots of towels and comfy beds!! Also, I had cancelled a night and only received 153 back but the 5 day stay was over 1400 dollars. I think the refund should have been more. Thank you

Pros: Great location up high above town/beautiful views near condo Beautiful pool area with amazing views Easy drive/beautiful drive into town Nicely decorated 2nd floor condo and nice appliances Perfect size for our family of three Very quiet place Great price Cons: No View/ overlook parking lot and condos No mountain breeze as advertised Direct sun all afternoon heats up the place to 80 Doesn't cool down until 5am Due to lack of breeze or AC, sleeping was miserable No fan available for master bedroom No coffee table Furniture on deck is uncomfortable Amazing view from pool and hot tub area

Nice Little Condo

The condo is bright and clean as pictured. It is in a quiet and scenic area. The bus stop is a significant walk down the hill, but that didn’t matter to us because we had a car. The beds were comfortable. The walls are paper thin inside the condo and there’s an open cut out between the bunk room and kitchen/living area, which can be an issue if you have family sleeping at different times. No noise issues from other units. Having games and wood available were nice touches. Communication was somewhat difficult-agents seemed to be reading from a script. Don’t miss their emails if you have a need for late checkout or to extend your stay.

Vacasa-managed property - not By Owner

The only bathroom had less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper - not a single roll in stock anywhere in the condo. When I requested a couple of rolls at 9am, the management company said sure. Someone arrived at 4pm with paper towels! Argh! I recommend you do a thorough check of supplies before doing anything else. Also - the property did not have enough bathroom towels.

One night stay with kids

Overall, cute and comfortable condo for our family of 4. Frustrations arose when we couldn’t find a snow shovel for the walkway - it was snowing and the walk clearly hadn’t been shoveled in a while. We had to posthole our way in with our bags. I called the 1-800 # for Vacasa to see if they could locate one for us to use, definitely not helpful. One of the bathroom sinks backed up the minute we used it and never did drain. Other than that it went ok. Weird to not be able to call someone local to get immediate assistance.

Very bright and fresh place. Enjoyed the real wood fireplace. Kids loved the bunk room. We've been traveling a lot this trip, and I was finally able to get a good night's rest here as the bed was perfect. Location is great too, very close to everything. Love Sun Valley!

Bluff Condo in Elkhorn

Pros: - Facility remodeled recently - Large living room - Updated kitchen - No noise from other condos in building Cons - No pantry to store food. Had to put all food on counters in kitchen - No gas fireplace. Did not want to buy wood in town and haul in - On second floor with steep outside stairs to haul up luggage and food - No instructions for operating Smart TV - Living room was not vacuumed and had debris on rug. Vacasa was notified but they did not follow up - Condo faces the parking lot, so no view of mountains
