Situato nel cuore della Sun Valley, questo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha due livelli e può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. Mentre ti avvicini al condominio c'è un grande ponte davanti con posti a sedere all'aperto e una griglia a gas. Al livello principale si trova la zona giorno con camino a gas e TV a schermo piatto da 39 pollici. La cucina è completamente fornita e il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 4 persone. C'è un bagno con doccia e lavandino singolo.
Al piano superiore troverete la camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto da 23 pollici e finestre ad angolo per una buona illuminazione e vista sul Monte. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e una TV da 14 pollici. C'è un bagno corridoio di dimensioni standard che è condiviso dalle due camere da letto. Il bagno ha un lavandino singolo e combo doccia / vasca. Non c'è aria condizionata nel condominio.
Caratteristiche complesse: I villici condomini si trovano tra Sun Valley Village e Dollar Mountain. Questo complesso è situato in posizione centrale ed è vicino al Sun Valley Pavilion. Bald Mountain si trova a 1,5 km di distanza. Dollar Mountain e Sun Valley Village sono a circa 1/4 di miglio di distanza. I pass per i servizi del Sun Valley Resort offrono un accesso speciale alle piscine del Sun Valley Lodge e Inn, alle piscine olimpioniche e per bambini (solo in estate), alle vasche idromassaggio, agli spogliatoi e al centro fitness. Golf, Tennis, Gun Club e Trail Rides sono disponibili anche con uno sconto. C'è un servizio navetta gratuito che parte all'ingresso del complesso che ti trasporterà alle Montagne Calve e del Dollaro, al centro di Ketchum e al Sun Valley Resort.

The property was difficult to get to and from the car. Very narrow stairs and tight space in kitchen and living area. Upstairs bedrooms were nice size. It was very clean. They neglected to let us know there was an overnight scheduled power outage for the area although they did notify 30 some other home owners.

Not good...the kitchen was well equipped but the plates were very old and need replacing. For the most part everything was clean...I would stay again if they get a new FIRM mattress.

A little quirky but priced right

Sweet little two bedroom condo in villagers in Sun valley. Description should include the lift which runs up the stairs and is a little in the way when carrying bags. Clearly a place that was loved by its owners and is not primarily a rental. Way too many glasses cups and dishes. Left no room for food storage. Appreciated that the owners participate in Sun valley recreation pass so you can soak at the Inn pool and I think use the Inn fitness room. Nice master bedroom, the room with two twins is quite small. Best of all is being in Sun Valley, we had a wonderful week.

Train Wreck

The check in process was fairly simple and once we got to the property which is a great location behind the village the walkways were treacherous. A landscaper was there and offered to de-ice so we could get to the condo, however, the ice was everywhere. I called the rental agency and was told they had another complaint that day and were aware of this. While on the phone, I let them know the gasFireplace wasn’t working and the gal said “there is a gas leaks in the unit”. We packed our things and carefully walked back to the car and left To check into the Sun Valley Inn, which was absolutely spectacular.I was told I would only be refunded one night but not the others. If I could post pictures of the walkways, I would.This experience was horribly disappointing from beginning to end. I don’t recommend staying there during the winter if the walks aren’t maintained.

The unit was clean and tidy. My daughter did complain a bit about the second bedroom’s bed. Maybe a foam topper would solve for better comfort. Overall the day was great and the management company was very attentive when we had some issue with the key for the front door.

Beds, especially the twins had horrible mattresses. Upholstery needed upgrades. It was a long way to parking lot to move griceries and luggage. Many of the pillows did not have cases. There was a gas leak in the fire place.

Peaceful Place in Sun Valley

It is located close to downtown...walkable but better by car or bicycle in my opinion. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils and cookware to prepare food. We did use the gas grill a few times on the patio which was getting nice late afternoon sun in September. The in unit w/d were nice to have and worked well. The unit is a bit dated and there is handicap chair installed on the stairway which makes the run of stairs a bit tight. Neither of these elements of the property would keep me from staying in the unit again.

The only comment I can make is that the queen bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The mattress was so soft, and the bedding so thin, that for several nights one of us ended up sleeping in the bed in the adjoining room. Updating this mattress and the linens is all you need to get this charming spot 5 stars.

Good place for my brother and I for a few nights

Older condo some updating. Bathrooms updated. Small Kitchen but clean. Good TV. There is a handicap chair on stairway makes carry things to bed rooms tight going up a narrow stair all ready it is workable. If you were handicap would be good. Have stayed in other units would stay again but would not be my first choice.
