“This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night.”

My workers were on the other side of the country and they were rude and refused to let them check in to the room I had previously booked for two nights. Then, they refused to refund the rooms. “The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...
