“Nicer than the pictures—we only got to stay one night, but we would return when we travel through Bergen again. A plus that it had an elevator instead of having to get our luggage up the stairs. We cooked in the kitchen and found that we had what we needed to get the meals together. We also were able to do a load of laundry, a plus. They view was wonderful, and the owner has plants on the balcony which made it feel cozy. For us, having some space to spread out versus just a hotel room is a huge...

“I wish I had known that our room was on the 5th floor, attic apartment with a sloped roof. I'm tall and could only stand upright in the center of the room. I also wish I had paid attention that there was no elevator. The whole building has been beautifully renovated, but the apartment on the top floor does not look like the photos, because of the sloped roof. I appreciated the washer and dryer though. And the location near the ferry and the historic part of town was convenient. ”

“This apartment is in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Pros: *Well stocked kitchen. We were able to make a few meals at the apartment and it had everything, minus ingredients, that we needed. *Great location. *Comfortable *8-10 walk to the bus station *Close to restaurants. *Grocery store right around the corner. *10-15 minute walk to Bryggen Cons: *No black out shades so bring eye masks. *Not very sound proof. Friday and Saturday people were partying and it was loud....
