“This cabin is unique and in a fantastic location just up Big cottonwood Canyon! The lay-out is nice and the big windows overlooking the creek and stone wall/bridge added to the experience. “The cabin is huge and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of chairs inside and out on the deck for large groups. They have ceiling fans in every room and portable a/c units as well. We had a large family group of 15 adults and the extra fridge came in handy. The beds And pillows were very comfortable. “The property is beautiful with plenty of room for a group. The check in was simple and we ordered some breakfast items ahead so the fridge was stocked. We wanted to make a nice dinner in and the Avante team brought us some nicer knives. It was very warm but there were plenty of fans to cool the rooms down at night. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“Stayed for 2 nights during spring break. Our family loved the cabin. Highlights included: nice hot tub, basement arcade games, outdoor tree swing, fun loft, and lots of space to hang out and play. The proximity to Sundance Resort was a big plus - really convenient to come and go throughout the day for spring skiing. Host communicated well, and had a really clear/helpful guide for checkin, stay, and checkout. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!”

"Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale del front office pessimo."
