“Easy check in. Clean. Quiet. New. Nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, hammock garden, pickle ball, barbecue. We were there for the NASCAR championship races. Easy to get to the track and back. Shopping and restaurants close by. Easy access to the 10 freeway. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, kitchen supplied with everything you need. Some nice to haves would be tv in the bedrooms and a keurig type coffee machine. There is a nespresso machine…we are coffee drinkers…had to run the machine multiple...

“The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway.

“TV was not fixed during my stay. I was there for 4 days. House keepers knew that this was an issue since a year but they never do anything to resolve it. But other than that it was ok. But In the future I wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind...
