“Great as usual but lift out of action for whole stay in heatwave conditions wasn't great for the third floor . Staff fabulous as ever. Room great and fans supplied to help with heat issues. The best staff always helpful and informed ”

“Our room was beautiful. It had a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom was a good size. The only downside was that the toilet flush handle was broken but still worked. It could have done with better lighting in the bathroom as you couldn’t see in the mirror very well. The room was immaculately clean and had a sofa and tv with easy to connect to WiFi. Personally I struggled with comfort of the bed as I found it too soft but it was dressed with clean sheets and had extra pillows in the wardrobe....
