“Upon arriving at the hotel, the first impression was very positive. The property is beautiful, well-presented, and the staff were welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you would expect from a hotel at this level. Unfortunately, this is where things began to go wrong. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything looked and tasted great. “ The hotel does not provide sun umbrellas. They do not provide complimentary bottled water. The bathroom has a noisy fan that cannot be switched off. Breakfast and dinner have limited choice. No fruit was available. Some construction works ongoing. The beach is tiny and somehow dirty. Not comparable with Batu Ferringhi”
