“Room was very comfortable, and good heating in the winter. Loved the fridge, microwave, toaster etc. could use some paper towels, dish detergent, extra kitchen washers. Tv and channels were really good, bed was very comfortable. Asked for extra duvet and blanket as I am not used to Kamloops winters. All staff were excellent, really enjoyed complimentary coffee.”

“What a tremendous value! Spotless clean. Super friendly people who actually care about keeping the place up. Amazing gym and pool and hot tub. Can go between both of their properties that share the same parking lot. I can’t think of anything missed on this stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus too: bagels & cream cheese, toast and cinnamon buns, cereal, yogurt, apples and banana. ”

“On check in the clerk was very friendly. The hotel had recently been renovated, everything was fresh & new, We asked for help with the tv, an employee was up to our room in under 5 minutes. Breakfast was also an unexpected pleasure, everything was fresh, staff asking if we needed anything, food was constantly being refilled as needed. The room was clean and quiet. All the staff we encountered were friendly & happy. We stay at this location as we can walk to the casino and restaurant, takes 5...
