“Sono rimasto deluso dalla scortesia del personale di sala durante le 2 colazioni. Inoltre bisogna pagare se vuoi un Cappuccino!!!!
Solo frutta sciroppata!!! No frutta fresca o no spremuta di arancia, al contrario di un normale 5 stelle.
Parcheggio extra a E7,5 al giorno, ma devi parcheggiare da solo ed inoltre lasciare le chiavi alla reception, xké si parcheggia in seconda fila, data la scarsità di parcheggio nel sotterraneo.”

Keine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer außer auf dem Bett bzw kann man sich einen Plastikstuhl vom Balkon reinholen.

“Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc.
The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before.
Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge..
The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not...

“Supert sted for oss 4. Ungdommene storkoste seg. Passe langt unna party steder for nattesøvn, men fin avstand å gå dit. Bra bassengområde, men lite ledige solsenger om du ikke er der før kl 10. Resepsjonistene/vaktene kunne vært blidere og kunnet bedre engelsk. Veldig fint, stilfullt og reint hotell. ”

“Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes.

“It’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach. The food was good, had a soup for every meal. Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and pool bar were extremely friendly and i could see how hard they were working - but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist Anastasia who made my friend cry...
