“Had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby because they did not received the $$ from Expedia… they told me to call Expedia myself… after having a reservation already made and paid for… insane”

“The room was very clean and stocked. The mattress was great. The staff was very friendly (got me hot water for my tea). And the breakfast was timely, hot and tasty. Will note for future stays.”

“On first impression, the room was essentially clean and comfortable, but there were a couple of paper cups and candy wrappers under the beds. Beds were comfortable. Being near I-75, the traffic noise sometimes made sleep a challenge. There were no vending machines to be found either on our floor or the ground floor so water and soft drinks were not available. “The gentleman upon check in was nice. I had came from a very late shift and no other hotel was available or they were charging outrageous prices for early morning check in. I only paid $25 for an early check in at around 7 am. The room was clean and I had no issues. For those who prefer something quiet, the hotel guest were not rowdy or loud. I would say the establishment is next to some late night restaurants. Noise from there was occasional so just take that into account but it didn’t bother...
