“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. “Facility was well maintained, the coffee was delicious and the young lady that maintained the breakfast area did a very good job keeping area clean, all the staff was very helpful. The only part I did not like about this location was that location has maybe 200 rooms with only about 20-22?? Parking spots. “Very slippery tub. No bath mat or slippery stickers. I fell and severely injured my back. Put my head through the door.”

“First of all, as soon as I opened the room, cigarette smoking smell stung the nose. A roach was laying inside of the bath tub. As we got out of the front desk, trying to find a path to get to our room, a man approached us. He said something to us. Hard to understand but I got scared.
