Excellent Property! Our family of 6 (5 adults & 1 Infant) had a great experience at this property over the 4th of July weekend! The property had a well designed floor plan w/ the sleeping quarters upstairs and kitchen & family room downstairs. There was a spacious deck and new doc w/ a slip for our boat. The location is also great if you want to be tucked away in a small cove but in the center of the action on the main channel. The host was very responsive and easy to work with as well. We recommend this property without reservation and look forward to future stays!

We had a wonderful stay. It has a big patio with two tables. Great for a everyone to sit together to eat, reminisce, and joke around.We spent the majority of our two day stay on the dock and floating in the water. It is the last dock into the cove, so no dodging other people on the water coming into the cove. The house is very well stocked for any of your needs. Even found ear plugs in one of the bedroom drawers. If only we had found them sooner. lol. One thing that is important to me is the cupboards. They were clean and we didn't feel uncomfortable about using the dishes. We have been in places that are dark and dirty.Also, the parking is good. The last place we stayed, it was very sloped and scary.
