Sunrise Park: Tour e Visite Guidate

I've prepaid my room for 1 night, aware of a surcharge of approximately 53 euro as a resort fee, and I was charged 113 euro in fact. They haven't sent me any invoice via email, even after my requests. Now, they reply with automated messages to all my messages, no way to chat with a human. A real shame

soggiorno di una notte , ma è bastato per capire che fa parte dei top hotel della Strip , unico neo è la mancanza della colazione inclusa nell' offerta perché farla fuori costa circa 20$ a persona , cappuccino e brioche.
