Beautiful Condo on the island of Sunset beach steps from the beach.

Welcome to Sunset Beach N.C. We hope you enjoy your stay. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed ) linens provided 4 person occupancy. The condo is updated including new LVF flooring throughout, new furnishings, and a new electric fireplace to mention a few. A well equipt kitchen including air-fryer nutribullet, crock pot and much more. Lots of local art works to enjoy that are just beautiful. There is a nice private balcony and a outside shower after a day at the beach (Labeled A). No parking worries for beach or pier you're only steps away. There are 2 parking spaces (Labeled A). We hope you enjoy your stay and love our home as much as we do. No golf carts allowed. No Saturday check ins. No pets of any kind allowed.

Perfect Spot to Recharge!This condo was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials—just bring your own groceries. I really appreciated how close it was to the pier; the walk was the perfect distance. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property Close to Beach

We had a great stay at this beautiful property - its an easy walk to Sunset Beach and the property was just as described. Has everything you need and more plus the AC works great (it was very hot!).

The nicest condo on 27th St.!!

My husband and I have experienced many condos on 27th St. and this so far has been the nicest, most clean and modern with so many amenities. The correspondence was prompt, professional, and kind with some flexibility, which we appreciate! The King bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.. a few small suggestions would be having a small sweeper available to renters to clean up daily sand that is tracked in, and an iron with ironing-board for wrinkled clothes from packing. Otherwise perfect, I almost feel worried that this honesty will affect our booking availability in the future!

Quaint, Quiet and Relaxing

This property was well maintained. The accommodations were clean. It was very quiet and had a relaxing feel to it. This property was just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping. I will return again in the future.

Great as Always at Sunset Beach!

Perfect Condo

The condo is perfect. Open floor plan well decorated and fully stocked for any of your kitchen needs. Beds slept well and distance to the beach was a pleasant walk. Screened porch was a nice retreat in the late evening. Outdoor shower was great for a quick rinse. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. 5-star all around.

Great Week

The condo is extremely clean and in walking distance to the beach, ice cream shop, and other shops on the island. We loved the screened porch and open concept. Owner was fast with replying to questions. Only complaint would be large delivery trucks used the road and would drive pretty fast. Just watch your little ones closely when playing outside. Overall great condo and a relaxing week at the beach!

Great condo clean, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to prepare a meal. Location great. Just a short walk to the beach. Host was always available if we needed anything. Appreciate that we were able to have an earlier checkin. My husband and I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful & a short walk to beach!

My sisters & I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home just a short walk from the beach. There were only 3 of us staying, so it was very spacious & could have easily accommodated additional guests. (Another guest or two would have reduced our cost per person which for 3, was alittle high when fees & taxes were added.) The host has a binder giving suggested activities & a list of favorite local restaurants. He also had instructions for locating our private outdoor shower which held folding chairs we could take to the beach. Nice! The binder also had easy to use instructions for checking out. We were missing a bath mat, & one text message to the host had another at the door that evening. The kitchen is well equipped, but we decided to eat out! Beds are very comfortable & everything was nice & clean. Lovely place!
