  • Questa villa ha una nuova mano di vernice (sembra stupenda) con il nuovo divano doppio reclinabile e la poltrona reclinabile separata. Inoltre, nuovo tavolo e sedie per la sala da pranzo. NUOVI MATERASSI A 4 LETTI MATRESSI E MOLLA DI SCATOLA .... Così comodi!

    LUXURY 2 BR VILLA situata al Sea Trail Resort a Sunset Beach, NC., Ha votato la migliore spiaggia della Carolina del Nord. Villa moderna con cucina completa e mini suite con splendidi pavimenti in legno recentemente rinnovati. Il balcone della Villa si affaccia su un par 3 con una vista favolosa sulla Byrd Golf Course Hole # 16. Il 2 BR ha 2 letti matrimoniali in ogni camera da letto e ogni camera ha il proprio bagno separato. Se avete domande, chiedete solo !!!

    Ha un portico di 3 stagioni. Il proprietario è seduto sulla veranda a dicembre, digitando questa descrizione .... !!!! Inoltre, è stata aggiunta una TV LED da 50 'per guardare il Super Bowl o i Maestri. Da non perdere.

    Più recentemente, i campi da golf di Sea Trail a Sunset Beach, NC, sono stati nominati dai lettori di Brunswick Beacon come "I migliori campi da golf di Reader's Choice nella contea di Brunswick per il 2008-2009". E ancora nel 2009 è stato nominato 'America's Best Residential Courses of Distinction' dalla rivista Golf week per il 4 ° anno consecutivo. The condo was exactly as listed - fully stocked kitchen- clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Excellent location and host communication was the best I have had. The unit was well stocked and comfortable - one of the pools was not in use so our host ensured we received a pass to get us into another. There were four of us and everyone agreed it was a terrific experience.

Summer Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! The available games were an added bonus. My family enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the park. The condo was conveniently located and had everything we needed.

We are 4 women in our 60’s that take a yearly trip. We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home. It was very clean and had pretty much everything you need except your food. Location was close to calabash and there is much to do there - Calabash Creamery has homemade ice cream and it’s to die for. The Seafood Hut, the Boundary House and Bagel Dock are great as well. If you like nightlife, The Dirty Armadillo has live bands pretty much everything night. Not too far from Myrtle Beach. We had access to 3 pools. We were on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator.Our host was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Outstanding!

Absolutely fantastic! The condo was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely rent again. We have stayed in several different units over the past five years and by far, this was the best! Dawn, thank you for the great hospitality  - you are awesome!

Very clean and comfy place to stay.

Great location but the neighborhood is so big. It take awhile to get in and out of it. Condo was very clean and comfy. Communication was quick with owner and she resolved any issues very quickly. Will recommend this condo to family and friends.

Relaxing!

My kids and I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again! It was so clean, peaceful and relaxing and had everything we needed. I had one small issue with a tv and Dawn was so responsive arranging for her neighbor to come up almost immediately. He was also amazing...very nice and left contact info in case we needed anything during our stay. The location was perfect. It is so quiet and we felt very safe. One pool is conveniently right outside and the larger pool is a short drive down the road. The beach is one of the best we have gone to....the kids never wanted to leave! Overall, fantastic stay, great location and very nice property. Thank you Dawn!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa. Buried deep between 3 championship golf courses. Felt extremely comfortable and extremely safe being so far inside the property. About a mile to the main roads so there's no riff raff around the villa. Just vacationers and golfers. Only 30 to 45 minutes to Myrtle Beach and ALL the attractions. Several awesome restaurants close by. A few Tiki bars and live music within 15 minutes around Calabash, NC and Little River, SC. This may become a regular stop for us. Thanks Dawn!!!

Know the truth

The location is good and the condo is somewhat nice. But we were on the third floor and the elevator was not working because a part that is needed to repair it cannot be located.. We had a handicapped person and for them this was a challenge! Also the pool in front of the condo had a sign to the effect “Danger. Pool is closed”, which disappointed the little ones. The pool will not be repaired this year because multiple things are wrong with it. The shower head in one bathroom barely dripped and the other bathroom had a clogged up tub so you stood in a couple of inches of water while you showered. Sheets were very thin and cheap.. Two of the bath rags we were provided had clumps of hair on them when we first got them to use. Two big fry pans in kitchen but one was pretty badly burned. Not a lot of tops that matched cookware. However the cosmetics were nice- paint and furniture. The air conditioning was very good. Also one of the hair dryers mounted on bathroom wall was broke. But we had fun anyway and stayed on the beach and went shopping a lot!

Highly recommend

The property is as described. A short 5 min drive to the beach. The beach is also beautiful and so clean. Dawn, the owner, is amazing. We had a few hiccups but she responded and followed through within minutes. We will definitely be coming back and staying at Dawn’s condo again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo and having a wonderful family vacation!!

Family Vacation

This was the most hassle free rental I have experienced. Everything was as advertised. The Villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped for entertaining my family. It was a quick drive to the beach, lots of delicious local seafood options, not to mention some really good ice cream! Thank you Dawn for the quick response to our request to rent! Looking forward to coming back !

Great place

Easy access and close to the pool. Very easy to communicate with the owner. The elevator had an issue and she had someone out immediately to take care of it. Thank you, we really enjoyed your place.

Nice Place with room for everyone

This property was SO clean, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, grounds were well maintained, basically the nicest place we have stayed as a VRBO. Pros: clean, handicap accessible, quiet, room to spread out, great Wi-Fi signal, beds were all comfortable Cons: if you are a pillow person, you might want to bring your own. Not bad, just too soft for my taste. Owner suggested pillows….. Only complaint - the property was in the process of resealing the parking and we weren’t aware of the plans. We were asked to move cars very early in the morning; would have been nice to know this prior to going to bed that night. I believe this was a property problem, not the host. Host was very accommodating and commutation was stellar. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
