Spacious 4 bed/ 4 bath Villa on Golf Course

Bring the whole family or your golf group to this special place with lots of room for fun and relaxation! Spacious end unit with gorgeous water and golf course views. When not golfing or at the beach, relax on the screened porch and watch the golfers play thru or just take in the peaceful sounds of nature.

Comfortably sleeps 8 people with 3 master bedrooms and a private loft bedroom overlooking the family room...each with its own full bath.

During Peak Season (mid June - mid August) must check in/out on Sundays and 7 night minimum. Any other dates are three night minimum with no check-in restrictions.

The only reserved parking spots for the villas are directly in front of the garage. All other spots are open and do not require a parking pass. of As a courtesy to the neighbors, please limit parking to 2 cars in front of the building.

The villa is located at the base of the intracoastal side of the bridge and the beach is just over a mile away. Rated the ‘4th Best Beach in the World’’ by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer endless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. You can also choose to play one of the three SeaTrail golf courses or any of the 44 courses within 20 minutes.

In addition, there is an on-site dining option in the Sea Trail Convention Center and is within walking distance of a number of local restaurants and shops. Should you want to step out of the tranquil surroundings of Sunset Beach, you are 5 miles from all the famous restaurant offerings in Calabash , Ocean Isle and 15 miles from Myrtle Beach.

This is the perfect location and ideally located to the best seafood restaurants, golf courses and beaches in Sunset Beach area. We had our annual golf trip group stay here and they all said it was a perfect location and would come back. The Condo was very clean and well decorated. I Highly recommend staying here if you need a condo close to beaches and the best golf course in North Myrtle Beach and North Carolina Coastal locations.

Sunset Beach Getaway

This villa is in an excellent location in Sea Trail. The villa was spacious, very clean and was great for our family of seven. The screened in porch overlooking the golf course was an added plus to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The villa is in close proximity to a beautiful pool and only 5 minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach. Very nice restaurants a short drive away. Regina is a very responsive host. We will definitely book this villa again

Awesome golf getaway!

One of the coolest weekend golf trips I’ve ever taken. You can’t beat the views off the back porch, and the area is wonderful! Property manager was extremely responsive and check in/out was super seamless.

Great vacation, as usual!

We have stayed in this listing several times and it did not disappoint. It was clean and everything that we needed worked great. The kitchen is very well-equipped with cookware, plates, silverware, glasses and mugs, a Keurig, a toaster etc. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a hassle-free stay!

Perfect place for our golf get away

Property was was very clean and spacious. Loved that there were two queen beds in each of the 4 rooms. Perfect for 8 golfers and never felt crowded in the living area.

Lovely House

We had stayed in this house a few years ago and it listed as renovated this time we booked. It had been renovated and was in great condition. Everything was clean and in working order. Our family of of 12 had a wonderful stay and the kids got to see the huge alligator in the pond outside our porch. I highly recommend this house to family and friends.

Vacation at Sea Trail

Lovely location and very spacious. The check in process was simple and Regina was a great communicator. The views from the living room were gorgeous in the morning when the sun was rising over the ponds. Lots of space for our kids to play outside and we spotted some turtles! Very short drive to the beach and the Activity center was a great addition to the stay. I will definitely be staying here again!!!
