Hotel in zona Sea Trail, Sunset Beach

“The property was dirty. There was food particles in the sink coffee left in the coffee pot. The linen was dirty, and there were used food containers under the bed. The property itself was cute and spacious and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants ”

“10/10 ⭐️!!!!! This property is fantastic!! Communication with the host is easy and quick! House is stocked with everything you’d need and very clean! We stayed with our three small children and loved the property and roominess. Parking lot attached to property! This property is two streets from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk! We will definitely be staying again! ”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

“The room in Tower 1 was wonderful. 3 queen beds, kitchen and a bathroom w 2 toilets! We had so much room! The room was clean and parking was great! The restaurant had a nice view of the beach. I’ll be staying there again!”

“Let me first out saying on the hotel. Com post there no where saying you have to bring your own towels, wash rugs bed sheet, toilet paper, paper towels, garage bags, pillowcases gosh half of your house. They tell you that after you book the property. Then you get there the place is dirty the floor is covered in sand. We found 5 crock roaches they tried to say they are water beds umm no the ceiling fans were so dusty we couldn't use them. Also to top it off also there was missing fire alarm and...

“Loved the condo off the beach Great view. No beach towels Only 1 dish towel No Kleenex Nothing wrote down on what to do when you leave. Put one of parking pass under door. Check out was ten. The door was locked at 10:01 So we could not put p. pass on fridge We enjoyed our vacation and would come back.”
