Are you ready to enjoy a quiet family beach resort on the North Carolina Coast? There is a lot to do in Sunset Beach which is ranked number 4 on the National Geographic's 21 Best Beaches in the world. You can visit the nearby towns of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Shallotte. Little River is just minutes away and Myrtle Beach is a thirty minute drive.

This vacation home is hidden in the Sea Trail Resort, which is only 1.5 miles from the beach. Sea Trail has three signature golf courses, (Rees Jones, Dan Maples, and Willard Byrd), there are several community pools; one is just across the street from our condo. As a renter, you will have access to this pool and the beautiful Pink Palace. There is a brand new restaurant, Bistro 55, located in the Convention Center which is walking distance from the unit. There is plenty of space to take a walk or ride a bike. If you enjoy ocean charter fishing or boat rentals, they are only a few miles away.

This condo is ready for your stay and to enjoy your vacation. It has been freshly painted throughout and has new luxury vinyl flooring. It is a 1,292 square foot unit with a main villa and a junior suite. It has two very spacious bedrooms with two queen size beds in each room. Each bedroom has a full bath and a bathtub. The junior suite has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven/broiler. The main villa has a full size kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The main villa has a balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the golf course.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee. They must be approved in advance. Pets must be at least one year old and up to date on shots. Please reach out with any questions.

The property was amazing! My parents owned a condo across the way - not an end unit like this- pet friendly- we brought our old dog- 12 hurricane crazy- super appreciated the extras- from condiments to dishwasher detergent/ we always have to bring those- left whatever/ loved the mini dog bones and if not for porch curtains we would never have been able to sit outside !! The condo is decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We will be back definitely. The location is near Calabash and we had a wonderful seafood dinner and stopped by the next morning for a bagel too. The owners are so kind and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a few minor issues at first ,ore than likely due to the previous tenants. I contacted Lisa and everything was handled in a very timely manner. The condo was super clean and fit the bill for exactly what we needed. It helped too that the pool was just a couple 100 feet away!!

Last minute trip - this was just what we needed - so clean and very quiet- relaxing condo! And we got to bring our little dog with us! They even had a basket of dog toys in the living room!

The condo was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfy beds, lots of space and being able to bring our fur babies was the icing on the cake !! Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with a 2 minute drive to the beach where there is plenty of free parking! Most enjoyable! We will be back and rent this condo again! A+++ accommodations!
