    Il nostro dolce cottage è situato a metà isola sul tranquillo lato ovest della strada rialzata. A soli 2 isolati dall'oceano (3-4 minuti a piedi), Fishing Pier, Island Market, Shops and Ice Cream! La cassetta postale di Kindred Spirit si trova all'estremità occidentale dell'isola ed è quasi esattamente a due miglia a piedi dalla nostra porta di casa.
    4 letti / 2 bagni. Letto matrimoniale in ogni camera, può ospitare comodamente 8. La biancheria è fornita ai nostri ospiti. Aspettati di trovare il tuo letto appena fatto all'arrivo, inclusi 2 asciugamani da bagno per ospite. Internet senza fili. Ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera. Il letto matrimoniale è spazioso con una zona salotto. Cucina ben arredata con lavastoviglie. Tavolo da pranzo con 6 sedie e 4 posti aggiuntivi al bar per la colazione. Griglia a gas. La nostra doccia esterna continua ad essere la preferita degli ospiti. Lavatrice / asciugatrice full size. Il frigorifero / congelatore aggiuntivo situato al piano terra è perfetto per il ghiaccio extra per i refrigeratori e le bevande da spiaggia. Tirare dietro carro da spiaggia, dispositivi di raffreddamento, giochi da spiaggia, biciclette e sedie a sdraio si trovano sul sito. Tavolo da picnic, amaca e posti a sedere rilassati aggiuntivi sotto casa. Bilancieri sulla veranda coperta.

    Il nostro cottage è un paradiso semplice lontano da tutto! Prendi uno spirito affine e vieni a rilassarti, respirare la dolce aria salata e rallentare fino al momento dell'isola!

    Non è consentito fumare sulla proprietà. Ciò significa che è vietato fumare in casa, sotto i portici o nelle aree al di fuori del terreno circostante. Qualsiasi prova che suggerisca che questa politica è stata violata, inclusi mozziconi di sigarette, odori o ustioni, comporterà il mantenimento automatico del deposito cauzionale / danni.

    Deve essere 25 in affitto. Sunset Beach è una tranquilla spiaggia in stile familiare. Assolutamente niente feste in casa. Nessuna moto senza il permesso scritto del proprietario.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic week at Summer’s Folly! The house was perfect… we loved the layout and it was so nice to have such easy access to the beach. Having all the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys accessible to us for the week was fantastic. It was also great not having to worry about packing bedding and towels. We love Sunset Beach and we look forward to another stay here… Amanda has really thought of it all!

We had a wonderful stay at Summer's Folly! You truly cannot beat the location—it is just **0.18 miles** from the beach, which made our daily trips out to the sand incredibly easy.Even though there were only two of us, having 4 rooms gave us incredible space to spread out and relax. We were so impressed by how well-stocked and welcoming the property was; they had beautiful flowers on the counter for us! The owners care about the guest experience. We had plenty of bath towels, beach equipment, extra toilet paper, paper towels, and the entire place was clean when we arrived. Even the beds were comfortable, which is always a huge plus after a long day in the sun. There are also great spots to unwind outside, including rocking chairs on the porch and a nice setup underneath the house to relax.The only minor downsides are that the indoor furniture is definitely on the older side, though understandable and expected for a beach house. Also, the back deck could use a little bit of TLC we were scared to go out there, boards seemed a little loose. Overall, the amazing location, massive amount of space, and thoughtful, welcoming touches far outweighed the older furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

Favorite Beach Rental Ever!

This was the best beach house we've ever booked and we have been to many. The attention to detail and cleanliness were above and beyond. The beds and bedding are all high quality and we are leaving very well rested. The beach gear and toys in the downstairs closet made the trip. We loved the carport area and the kids played there the entire time. I almost hate to give this property the review it deserves or it will get booked up! But in all seriousness, you can tell the property is well loved and taken care of and if you want the perfect family beach trip, this is it!

Great stay had everything needed

This was our 2nd stay. Like how everything like linens, grill, beach toys, bikes are available to use. Great location of pier and market. Loved sitting on decks and relaxing. Owners very receptive To communication. Highly recommend!

A Happy Place

Amanda's house was just right for our family. After the first night we all commented on how comfortable the beds were ! Not needing to bring your own sheets is a great perk. She also has everything you need for the beach, so you don't have to bring all of that. The front porch became a gathering place for us every evening to recap each wonderful day. Thank you, Amanda, for providing this special place for families to enjoy !

Great Stay!

This was our second visit to Summer’s Folly and we enjoyed it as much as the first stay! The house is clean and had virtually everything we needed for the week. It’s only a short walk to the beach, and the beach equipment and bikes are a great bonus. Thanks for a wonderful repeat stay!

Perfect place for Thanksgiving at the beach.

Nice house for a family beach trip. Comfy beds, beach toys, quick walk to the beautiful beach and fishing pier. Coffee maker broke and Amanda ran out on Thanksgiving and brought us a new one. Only complaint is there is a new 3 story house with a pool being built about 15 feet from the back deck. Wasn't a problem because of the holiday ( no one was working) but really should have been mentioned in the description of the property till it's done being built. I would recommend this house, after the construction is finished.

We were thrilled to find this beach cottage for a weekend girls beach trip after our earlier plan fell through. Owner was very receptive, and nice with her communications.

Family Getaway

The property was very nice and in very nice neighborhood. Loved that we had beach equipment to use so we didn’t have to worry about renting it or bringing with us. House was just what we needed and loved that every room was big and had queen beds except for master which was a king. Very clean and Ananda was always there to answer any questions that we had. Loved it and will definitely use again!!!!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was just as it was listed. Very clean and just a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay and we had everything we needed to spend each day on the beach! Highly recommend!!

Great locations and cute cottage

We loved staying here. We have 2 small kids. House was plenty big for us, but could have had another family share too and had plenty of room. We have always loved Sunset beach. This house is close to everything. Even though we brought I our own bikes, they had bikes available. House was clean and like having linens included. Plenty of beach equipment to use. Owners communicate anytime I needed anything, before and during our trip. We had no problems even when we got locked out accidentally once. Amanda made sure we got back in. Thanks for a great stay. We will look Summer Folly up again.

Sunset Beach 2921

Wonderful all around! Amanda was very responsive and everything listed is accurate. We are a family of four and easily had room to share. Our family has come to Sunset Beach for years and know the area well. The location is great! Please don’t over pack! The house is very well equipped for everything. We have stayed in multiple homes over the years and this one is nicely updated. We will definitely be back!

Nice comfortable clean beach home

Amanda was very good to work with. She was responsive and friendly with all of our communications. The interior upgrades were well done and the home was quiet and comfortable. The sitting area under the house was a big win for us along with the grill and outdoor shower. The beach chairs, etc. were also a big bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. All the necessities were present, plus many extras such as bicycles, beach equipment, and board games. Location is great with a short walk to the beach or shops. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I’d highly recommend — we hope to visit again soon!
