“I stayed in room 201, it was not clean. The floor,stove and table pedestal were dirty. There was also a coffee cup in the cabinet that was not clean. This was the third time I have stayed in these suites, and did not experience this. I hope this problem is corrected soon.”

“it was a very nice spot a few steps away from the beach. Literally the only issue was the parking. Down a really narrow ally with very minimal space. Other than that the rooms were clean and updated! Pool was perfect and the hammocks were awesome! Beautiful beach really enjoyed the stay”

“While the facility itself is good, it is very highly priced and also comes with an added amenity fees. But the real problem for me was the way it was listed on Expedia. While I searched for Clearwater, this facility even though it is 45 minutes away (Treasure Island) is listed as Clearwater. For a tourist you don't know until you land. In this case I expect Expedia to take responsibility . While I am a long time user of Expedia this raises a serious question if I have still show loyalty in...

“Instalaciones muy buenas, limpias, las piscina y playa espectacular, el personal excelente. solo que la habitacion olia a viejo, pero la cama y almohadas muy buenas, el bano estaba muy pero muy sucio, el lavamanos jamas le han limpiado el borde de la llave, las paredes de la ducha y banera con hongas como que jamas han limpiado, sugiero supervision a los empleados para no tener esta mala experiencia.”
