Hotel vicino a Sunset Rock - Highlands

“The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town....

“Really cool 60's vibe. Rock band pictures, peace signs everywhere. It really oozed peace and love throughout. We grew up in the 60's so it really took us back in time. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very close to downtown. Great!”

“Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. The lobby and bar looked really nice, and we were looking forward to coming back from dinner and grabbing a cocktail, and just hanging out, but were told at 730pm that there was a private party and that those areas were closed off to guests. I don't think I have ever heard of closing the lobby to guests - pretty disappointing.”

“Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. On the plus side the room included a small fridge and in room coffee. The property had a nice restaurant on-site.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The check-in process was quick and easy. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing after days of hiking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing...

“I never made it to breakfast until the last day & there were only remnants. I saw chocolate hostess cakes & some of what was left of cereal in the containers. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice but our bathroom light over mirror flickered or never worked & the test/reset buttons never kicked in for the hairdryer to work. This was much more affordable than staying up the mountain in Franklin or Highlands, but the light/hairdryer made it hard to get ready. No towel replacement on our 2nd night....
