“This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay. Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient. The only room for improvement (RFI):- 1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning. 2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend. 3) Kindly...

“I stayed in an apartment with Ezzy Home @ Medini with my family. The room was clean and spacious (with sofa bed and dining area). Service by manager Mr Farid was fantastic. He was very customer oriented and was prompt to attend to our request. He provided very clear instruction on how to access the carpark and room. We had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend Ezzy Home @ Medini. ”
