2 miles to the beach!! Full renovated home with ICW views

You'll want to visit our peaceful 3 bedroom home with views of the inter coastal water way in Holden Beach over and over again. Our home has been fully renovated and is completely furnished with all the extras. Enjoy meals on the 2 level side porch and evenings on the screened back porch. Only 2 miles to the beach, and tucked away in a quiet subdivision. Sleeps 5. Sorry no pets, owner is allergic. Parking space for boat as well.

Not far from beach at all, quiet neighborhood.

Home was clean and updated as listed. Had a great time with our granddaughter. Her very first visit to the beach and she loved it.

Perfect Home Away From Home

What an absolute amazing place to stay! We had friends that had a house on the beach, but we enjoy having our own place to relax. We could not have asked for anything more. This is probably one of the best places we have stayed at in all of our travels! The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. We've already asked to book again for next year :)

This was amazing! Clean, very well stocked. The thoughtfulness of each detail was a blessing. And the screened in porch was a piece of heaven! Beautiful decorated and the location was just perfect and peaceful. My family and myself enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Best place ever!

Clean, comfortable, homey, great neighborhood, quiet. If you’re looking for a place to chill, look no further! Close to Food Lion, which was very convenient. Also close to beach. It has pretty much everything you need for a home away from home. Loved this house!

Great place

Had a wonderful time at the property. My brother-in-law was AirB&Bing another place and was jealous of our place. He had spent much more and gotten much less. Our place was clean, spacious and had more than what we expected. If we get back to Holden Beach, I hope it will be available again.

Better than the rest

Everything about our stay was better than expected. First house we have rented in a long time that we didn’t have to clean when we got there. Location is excellent with a short drive to the beach. House had everything we needed and then some very cozy and spacious with all the amenities you need. Contact with host was excellent great communication and I know if we would have had any issues (which we didn’t) they would have been taken care of. Can’t wait to visit again. We loved this property!

Cute place!

This house is super cute! It had all the amenities that are needed plus more! The bedding was super comfortable as well. There were five of us including a toddler. The toddler ended up accidentally knocking down the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms and the owner was very kind about it. This house is only 7 minutes from the beach and less than that to get to food lion and restaurants. I highly recommend this home!!

An OK stay

I would first like to say that this property was super cute and clean and had “almost” everything we needed. My first complaint which is probably a very personal complaint and will likely differ for each person but the beds were very uncomfortable. The beds were memory foam or at least something like it and it was hard to get comfortable. The second complaint would be that we couldn’t lower the house temp below 70 degrees and we were very warm in the house which also made it hard to sleep. The bathtub was broken therefore wouldn’t hold water to soak. My friend who is disabled looks forward to soaking in a tub at night and she wasn’t able to do that. We are preschool teachers and I am a mom of two. We planned this trip a while back and were looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend and it was cut short because of not sleeping, being hot and only being able to watch Netflix, because that was our only option. It’s unfortunate because we paid for a night we didn’t stay there. With a few adjustments, this place could be a really nice place to stay.
